Ballistics Group develops elite and market-ready athletes through 25-years of our Knowledge, Process and System – KPS. We also provide lifestyle and business management services for our clients. At the heart of what we do are three pillars: athletic skill development, critical life-skills development, and life management development. We represent high performing athletes at every level including Olympians, professional athletes, All-Americans, national champions and the 2022 Heisman Trophy winner. Our process is guided by our proprietary digital software, Sports Ballistics, which assesses and tracks athletes’ sports performance, skills, and personal development.

The Ballistics Group approach to athletic performance training lies at the intersection of sports, science, and data. Our science-based protocols develop universal attributes of athletes: speed, power, quickness, agility and explosiveness. Digital Ballistics guides the athletes’ performance development, and establishes what can be universal measurement profiles for them.
Player Development Ballistics is the digital tool that assesses athletes’ knowledge, understanding and application of critical life-skills and life-management areas – building the whole person. Using the baseline data, the athletes’ are guided through a series of learning modules to enhance their knowledge of the assessment’s content areas. Athletes are reassessed to reset the baseline.
Reputation management, earned media and crisis management are all key skills and services we educated our clients about, as well as provide them strategic counsel in real-time.
